Licenses
Unless otherwise stated, Binstor and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Binstor. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Binstor for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Republish material from Binstor
Sell, rent or sub-license material from Binstor

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Your Content
"Your Content" means the data you or your staff enter into Binstor (yard, bin, and field records, crop plans, budgets, contracts, equipment records, notes, and any photos or files you attach to them). You own Your Content; we do not claim ownership over it.
By using Binstor, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and support the service to you (for example, sharing your name and farm name with our live chat provider when you start a chat, as described in our Privacy Policy). This license does not give us the right to use Your Content for our own purposes outside of operating Binstor, except as described below.
We may use Your Content in an aggregated and anonymized form (combined with data from other farms and stripped of anything that identifies you or your farm) to improve Binstor and to build features such as benchmarking or comparison tools (for example, showing how your storage usage compares to other farms in aggregate). We will not share or display Your Content in a way that identifies you or your farm to another customer without your permission.
Acceptable Use
In addition to the rules above, when using the Binstor application (as opposed to just this website) you agree not to:
Use Binstor for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to upload;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another farm's account or data, or to any part of Binstor you have not been granted access to;
Share your login credentials with anyone outside your own farm's staff accounts, or use the service to circumvent our staff-seat or permission structure;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the security of Binstor or its underlying infrastructure;
Upload any virus, malware, or other harmful code, including through file attachments.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account that we reasonably believe violates this section.
Staff Accounts
If you add staff accounts to your farm, you are responsible for their use of Binstor and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. You control what each staff account can see and do within Binstor through the permissions you assign, and you are responsible for removing their access when they leave your operation. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for resolving, disputes between a farm owner and their staff.
Account Termination and Data Retention
You may request that your account be cancelled or deactivated at any time by contacting us using the information in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable, except where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect Binstor, other users, or their data, in which case we may act without prior notice.
We retain Your Content for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is deleted or anonymized, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You can export much of Your Content yourself at any time using the Reports section within Binstor.

We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It is based upon the values set by the Canadian Standards Association's Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
1. Introduction
We are responsible for maintaining and protecting the Personal Information under our control, and can be reached using the contact information at the bottom of this policy for any question about how it's handled.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your farm name, your full name, your email address, and a password. Staff accounts added by a farm owner collect the same: name, email, and password.
Farm operational data. Records you choose to enter into Binstor (yards, bins, fields, crop plans, budgets, contracts, equipment, and notes) are stored so we can display them back to you. If you attach photos or PDF files to a field note, equipment note, or contract, we store those files for the same purpose.
Location. If you use the "locate me" feature on the map, your browser or device shares your precise location with us for that session only, so we can center the map on your position. We do not collect or track your location in the background.
Customer support communications. If you use our live chat, your name, email, farm name, and the content of the conversation are shared with our chat provider (Tawk.to) so we can respond to you. See "Third-Party Services We Use" below.
Usage and technical data. Like most websites, we and the third-party services listed below automatically collect some technical information (such as IP address and browser type) and pages viewed, mainly on our public marketing and sign-up pages, to understand how visitors find and use Binstor.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the Binstor service you've signed up for, respond to support requests, send account-related emails (such as password resets and notifications you've opted into), occasionally reach out about the product itself, and understand how our marketing and sign-up pages are performing so we can improve them.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate Binstor. Each only receives the information necessary for its purpose:
• Tawk.to: powers our live chat. Shared with them: your name, email, farm name, and chat messages.
• SMTP2GO: delivers account and product emails on our behalf.
• Google reCAPTCHA: protects our sign-up form from automated abuse.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and X (Twitter) Pixel: used only on our public marketing homepage and sign-up page (never inside the logged-in application) to measure how visitors find Binstor and whether our advertising is effective. As of this policy's last update, we do not upload customer contact information to these or any advertising platform for audience targeting.
We do not sell your Personal Information. If our use of any of the above services changes in a way that affects your information, we'll update this policy.
5. Consent
Knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information except where required or permitted by law. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services.
6. Limiting Collection and Retention
The Personal Information we collect is limited to what's described above. We retain it for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Accuracy
Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used. You can update your account details directly from within Binstor at any time.
8. Safeguarding Customer Information
Personal Information is protected by security safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. We take reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from loss or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.
9. Your Access Rights
Upon request, you will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information, and will be given access to it. You may verify its accuracy and completeness, and may request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal, security, or commercial restrictions that may apply.
10. Children's Privacy
