Logging Maintenance

Logging Maintenance

How-To

  1. From an Equipment record, click Add New in the Maintenance History section. Or, from the Equipment list, click the quick "+" shortcut on a row: it jumps straight to that Equipment's page with the Add Maintenance form already open, skipping the extra click.

  3. Save.

View a piece of equipment's full maintenance history from its own page, or across all equipment from Maintenance History, which can be filtered by year, Equipment, and Status. Edit or delete an existing maintenance record from either list.

FAQ

How do Parts factor into a Maintenance record? If you select a Part when logging Maintenance, its quantity on hand is adjusted automatically. See Parts Inventory for how Parts tracking works.

Why can't I log Maintenance? You need the Manage Equipment permission.
